A call left unanswered is a commission left uncollected.

EstateSuite answers your phone at any hour, searches your real portfolio and qualifies whoever calls. It leaves the viewing request and the summary in your agent's panel. You carry on working with the CRM you already use.

No minimum term. Works alongside your CRM: we import your listings from the portal XML feed (Kyero format) or from your public website, with your permission.

Buyer's file: penthouse in Nueva Andalucía, to live in, up to 650,000

Call it now and decide for yourself

Above is an example call. Here's the real thing: it's the same assistant that would answer your phone. Ask it what a buyer would ask, or ask it about the price.

EstateSuite
Free, and no details required

Ask it what a buyer would ask, or whatever you want to know about the service. It needs microphone permission. It introduces itself as an artificial intelligence assistant in the first sentence, because the EU AI Act has required that since August and because it simply works better than pretending otherwise.

The buyer doesn't call one estate agency. They call three.

They see the same flat on Idealista, on Rightmove's Spanish listings and on a portal from their own country, and they call one after another. If they get voicemail, or someone who doesn't speak their language, they move on to the next listing. The sale doesn't go to whoever has the best portfolio: it goes to whoever picks up.

In a two-person agency, whoever should be taking that call is out showing a flat. That's normal, and it's what costs you money.

Phone, voice and chat, one assistant

The buyer calls, or speaks from their browser without giving a number. Behind it is the same assistant, with the same portfolio in its head, and every conversation lands in your panel with its channel noted, its recording and its summary.

Phone call

Answers when the team can't, searches your portfolio, qualifies and leaves the viewing request in your panel. If someone would rather speak to a person, it takes their details so you call back already briefed.

Call from the browser

Spoken from the browser, with no dialling and no phone number given. It's the one you can try on this very website.

Chat

A text chat with the same assistant, for whoever would rather write. You can try it on this website too.

SMS and email

During the call, with the buyer's go-ahead, it sends the links to the listings that fit by SMS or by email.

This is how it looks in the chat. It's an example conversation with a fictitious agency's portfolio.

And Carlos gets, at the same time: the summary, Ana's file, the viewing request and the full conversation in his panel.

Your listings, in the language of whoever reads them

Your agency's website serves each listing in the languages you switch on (Spanish, Catalan, English, French or German), using the translations your property file carries. Today the assistant answers calls in Spanish.

Quiero enseñársela a mi pareja.

ESClaro. ¿Te la mando por SMS o por correo? Dime el número o la dirección y te la repito para confirmarla.

Every conversation stays in your panel with its recording, its transcript and its summary, so your agent can read it before calling back.

Five steps, and it's up and running

You don't have to pause anything or change how you work. Each step leaves something in place, and the one before it is already paying off while the next one gets set up.

  1. A test call, without touching your phone

From the browser, with no dialling and no number given. The agency's phone isn't touched and stays the one your long-standing clients know.

  2. Your portfolio, inside the assistant

It connects to the file you already send to the portals from your CRM. From there it answers with the properties you genuinely have, not with generalities.

  3. Your tone of voice and your hours

Which areas you cover, what's on offer and what isn't, and what the office hours are. You decide, not a default setting.

  4. The call first

You listen to how the call from the browser answers. Alert calls to people who left what they're looking for happen only if you switch them on.

  5. You listen in during the first week

Every call is recorded, with its summary. It's fine-tuned with you in the room before it answers anyone else.

What we do today with your CRM, measured and dated

Ten situations from an ordinary week

None of these are made up: they're what happens in any small agency. What changes isn't that they happen, it's who deals with them and how long it takes.

Phone

A missed call during a viewing

A buyer calls while you're showing a flat. The assistant answers, deals with them, and if they'd rather speak to you it leaves you a note so you call back already briefed.

Phone

Out of hours

Someone calls on a Sunday at nine at night asking about a penthouse up to €600,000. The assistant searches your portfolio, compares two or three and leaves the viewing request. On Monday you find it in your panel.

Phone

The question that isn't on the listing

They ask about the community special levy and it isn't on the listing. The assistant doesn't make it up: it says the team will confirm and leaves a note for you to answer.

Phone

The listings, on their phone

When something fits, the assistant offers to send the listings by SMS or by email, reads the number back to confirm it and sends the links. A web address dictated over the phone is one nobody writes down properly.

Panel

Listening to what was said

In the morning you open the panel: every call with its recording, transcript, summary and score. You check what it told each person before you call back.

Alerts

Something that fits comes in

Someone left what they were looking for, with their permission. When a property that fits comes into your portfolio, or one drops in price, the alert reaches your panel along with an email saying who was looking and why it fits.

Alerts

Calling the interested buyers

If you switch on alert calls, the assistant calls whoever gave their consent, only within legal hours and after checking opt-outs and the Robinson list. If you don't switch them on, it calls no one.

Portfolio

A property without an energy certificate

It arrives in the file without a certificate. It stays as a draft and isn't published on your website until it has one, because publishing it would be unlawful.

Portfolio

A property leaves the file

You take it out of your CRM and on the next read, every six hours, it stops showing on the website. It isn't deleted: it stays withdrawn in EstateSuite.

Website

The foreign buyer opens the listing

They open the ad on your website and read it in their own language, if your file carries that translation: Spanish, Catalan, English, French or German.

Your website, with your portfolio inside it

Idealista and Fotocasa don't publish a fixed rate: it's negotiated by area and rises when there's competition for it. What is genuinely yours is your website. We build one with search and a map, fed by the same file you already send to the portals from your CRM.

  • Search by area, price and type, with a map
  • A listing page per property, in the languages you switch on
  • A mortgage calculator on every listing
  • Energy certificate and the agency's registration number wherever the law requires it

"But I already have a CRM."

Good. EstateSuite doesn't replace it: it reads your property file every few hours and keeps whatever you publish. Your agents carry on working where they work today; the only thing that changes is that no call goes unanswered any more.

Everything that's said gets recorded, and you're the one who listens

Letting a machine talk to your buyers is only acceptable if you can check what it's telling them. Every call is recorded in full and you can listen back to it whenever you want in your panel, next to its transcript and its summary, to know exactly how it went; the assistant tells the caller it's being recorded, as the law requires. And every conversation, call or chat, shows which channel it came in through and where things stand.

And the thing that matters most to an agent: the lead is theirs. The assistant captures it, qualifies just enough and flags it. If anyone asks to speak to a person, the assistant takes their details and notes that they want to speak to the team, so you call them back.

Open the panel in a new tab

Your number stays yours

Trying the assistant does not ask you to touch the agency's phone. First, here is what does not change.

What is not touched

Your number, left alone

The number on the signs, the hoardings and the listings stays the one it has always been, and whoever answers it today keeps answering it. The product does not divert or replace it.

What you can try today is the call from the browser on this website, with no dialling and no number given.

The same person presenting the property in Spanish, English and German

Three demonstration videos of one person, in their own voice in each language. They show the technique: language stops being a barrier when the face and the voice stay the same.

In SpanishThe original presentation, in the agency's language.
In EnglishThe same person, in their own voice. For the British buyer.
In GermanFor the German buyer.

These are demonstration videos with a generated voice and likeness, and it is AI-generated content: say so when you publish it, as EU law requires. We do not offer this technique on your agency's video today.

Run the numbers with your own figures

They're set deliberately low. Move them until they look like your agency: what matters isn't the fee, it's how many deals are slipping through the net today.

7.2deals a year that are slipping through the net today
€43,200what those deals add up to in a year
€2,388what the service costs over that same year

Recover just a single deal a year and the service is already paid for. With these figures, what's slipping through the net today is €43,200 over the year.

The comparison is against the Capture and website plan.

There's nothing to sign to try it

I'll set you up a demonstration with your agency's own data: your areas and your price ranges. You talk to the assistant and decide for yourself.
